Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at proyectoecommercerj@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged

• In their original packaging with all tags attached

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How returns work
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions, including the address to send the item to. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions, as returns must be sent to our supplier's facility.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
